30,000 SF Municipal Warehouse Complex in Lee’s Summit, MO

MAR Building Solutions was subcontracted to furnish and erect 30,000 square feet of warehouse, covered storage, and covered parking structures for Lee’s Summit Water Utilities in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. The buildings use Butler’s standing seam roof, Butler’s Shadowall wall panels, interior liner panels, galvanized frames, and crane rails. Galvanized framing and crane rail supports get specified when a municipal maintenance operation needs the structure to carry equipment loads and resist corrosion, both routine requirements on government construction.
