36,000 SF Metal Roof Retrofit in Kansas City, MO

MAR Building Solutions was subcontracted to reroof 36,000 square feet of existing pre-engineered metal building roof at Labconco in Kansas City, Missouri. The work used Butler’s low profile metal over metal reroof system with MR-24 standing seam roof panels and stainless steel gutters. A metal over metal retrofit installs over the existing roof, so the building underneath stays dry and in use instead of shutting down for a tear off, which is the main reason owners choose commercial reroofing over full replacement.
