4,000 SF Residential Metal Building with Butler MR-24 Roof

MAR Building Solutions acted as its own general contractor to furnish and erect a 4,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building for the Chmiel residence. The home uses Butler’s MR-24 standing seam roof and Butler’s Shadowall wall panels with a three foot wainscot, plus overhead doors, windows, and a complete interior finish. Butler systems bring commercial grade wind and snow load engineering to a residential metal building, which is what lets the design carry a full interior finish under a clear span roof.
