50,000 SF Logistics Center in Overland Park, KS

MAR Building Solutions was subcontracted to furnish and erect a 50,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building for the Blue Valley Logistics Center in Overland Park, Kansas. The envelope combines a CFR standing seam roof panel with AWIP insulated metal wall panels and Kingspan soffit and wall panels. Insulated panels hold conditioned air through Kansas summer heat and winter cold while cutting the number of exterior joints that can leak, which is why MAR specifies them on industrial construction at this scale.
