About MAR Building Solutions

Our History

MAR Building Solutions has been an integral part of the Lee’s Summit community for over four decades. After 10 years as a Butler Manufacturing™ Technical Services Representative, Addy Martin started MAR Enterprises LLC in 1976, and we’ve been exclusively a Butler Builder® ever since.

Under Addy’s dedicated leadership, we successfully constructed over 120 buildings around Missouri and the Kansas City metro area. This built a foundation of innovative, cost-effective construction.

Addy left behind a lasting legacy of reliable work and in 2014, MAR Building Solutions emerged under the leadership of Chad Anderson. The two had been friends since 1992, worked together often, and shared a vision for the future of metal building construction.

Chad owned Case Enterprises, while also working with A. Zahner Architectural Sheet Metal. He saw a golden opportunity for the friends to create an exceptional construction company.

Our Vision

As the approved Butler Builder® for the Kansas City metro area, we pride ourselves on having a dedicated team with a cumulative experience exceeding 100 years.

Our President, Chad Anderson, and the entire MAR team prioritize safety, reliability, quality, and innovation.

Notable projects like JCI Industries and MW Distribution reflect our commitment to excellence. As we continue to evolve, MAR Building Solutions remains the trusted partner for constructing metal buildings to the highest standard throughout the Midwest.
