Chad oversees daily operations for MAR Building Solutions and continually works to grow MAR as an employer people want and partner people trust.

Chad worked for 6 years to become a journeyman sheet metal worker while simultaneously working for 9 years with his own overhead door installation company.

Chad proudly holds multiple industry certifications including the American Welding Society, Certified Structural Welder certified, Butler MR-24 Standing seam roof installer, MBCI Certified roof installer, and is a sheet Metal local 2 Journeyman.  

He is also an NCCO Certified Crane operator with CDL License and an Eagle Scout.

In his free time, Chad spends time outdoors with his wife Kelly and their 3 kids. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking.

 

Since joining the company as a partner in 2018 Kurt’s diligent management and exceptional customer service help build strong relationships with our clients.

Kurt’s engineering expertise is an indispensable technical resource for our team. He achieved his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri Kansas City as is a Missouri Registered Professional Engineer, and he is originally from Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

Outside of work, Kurt’s passions are being with his family, golf, waterfowl hunting, hiking, cycling, barbecuing, and UTV riding. His goal is to retire early to a small mid-century modern ranch overlooking a river on acreage in Arkansas.

Brooke joined our team as the office manager in 2019, and has been working with pre-engineered buildings for most of her career.

Growing up in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, Brooke’s local knowledge and professional expertise makes her an effective and well-appreciated Office Manager. Brooke handles human resources, payroll, and accounts payable.

She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her beloved nephew and niece, hanging out with her dogs, and coaching competitive volleyball.

Brian joined MAR Building Solutions in 2026 as a Project Manager, bringing over 14 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong track record of successfully managing projects from pre-construction through completion.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Central Missouri in 2012. Before joining MAR, he spent a significant portion of his career managing structural metal framing and cold-formed steel assemblies for large-scale commercial builds.

Brian works closely with general contractors, architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Residing in Lee’s Summit, MO. He spends his time watching KC sports and hanging out with family and friends.

Jared joined MAR Building Solutions in 2025 as a Project Manager, bringing over a decade of experience in the structural steel industry. He began his career as a shop fabricator and iron worker, steadily advancing into management roles and developing a comprehensive understanding of every stage of the construction process.

Detail-oriented and committed to excellence, Jared specializes in guiding projects from concept to completion. He works closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and trade professionals to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality results. His professional credentials include AWS, OSHA, UPRWP, and HEO certifications, underscoring his dedication to industry standards and safety.

Outside of work, Jared enjoys golfing, fishing, and camping. He also values spending time with his wife, Christina, and their daughter, embracing a balance of career and family life.

With 28 years in the construction industry, the last two decades focused exclusively on erecting Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings. Zach brings a depth of hands on knowledge that few in this field can match. His specialties include retrofits, reskins, and custom applications, along with pre-construction and project support services that help owners and general contractors plan projects confidently from day one.

Before specializing in PEMB, Zach spent years working in other trades, including interior finish and concrete. That cross-trade experience has proven invaluable, giving him a broader perspective on how PEMB work fits into the larger scope of a project and enabling smooth, efficient coordination with other trades on site. Few PEMB specialists bring that kind of multi-trade fluency to the table, and it consistently pays off in fewer conflicts, better sequencing, and stronger communication across crews.

Most importantly, Zach spent the bulk of his career in the field, not behind a desk. That time on job sites sharpened his eye for detail and gave him practical insight into what actually works during construction. Knowledge that directly informs how he will price, plan, and manage every PEMB project. Whether it’s a retrofit, a reskin, or a custom application, Zach brings both the technical expertise and the real-world field experience needed to get the job done right.”
